Job summary

Naples, FL (Pelican Bay Location) Sunshine Ace Hardware is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a full-time role at our Pelican Bay location. You will oversee the sales floor, front-end operations, and inventory while providing legendary customer service and maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and oversee front-end/ floor operations.
• Oversee sales floor and front-end to maintain awareness.
• Support inventory, receiving, back-of-house processes and safety practices.
• Balance cash office tasks and daily deposits.
• Train and develop associates to meet goals and standards.
• Assist in safety, security, and loss prevention awareness.
