You will oversee merchandise receiving, stocking, floor maintenance, and ensure safety and professionalism while meeting performance targets. Experience in retail management and a commitment to helping customers is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, professional, and safe work environment.
• Oversee receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
• Manage daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor area.
• Maintain staff schedules to ensure proper staffing and manage staff issues.
• Delegate assignments to Department Specialists (price changes, special orders).
• Communicate Store Support Center issues to ownership.
• Be professional in appearance and actions.
