Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the Starboard Shop and Lighthouse Kids locations, driving guest service, sales, and brand standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

Lead a team of retail associates, coach on the sales floor, manage onboarding and training, ensure accurate POS transactions, inventory control, and loss prevention, and serve as a confident leader on duty as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and computers.

Position Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor supports daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership for the Starboard Shop and Lighthouse Kids locations at The Sea Pines Resort. This role ensures exceptional guest service, drives sales, maintains brand standards, and leads a high-performing team in a fast-paced resort environment. The Supervisor serves as a leader on the sales floor and acts as Manager on Duty when needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate retail associates
