Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Clinton, Iowa seeks a Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, price merchandise and help meet daily production goals.

This part-time role requires 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with pay of $12.00 per hour. Paid training and ongoing coaching support help you build retail and customer service skills while contributing to community programs.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You'll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors

• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
