Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Retail Store Processor to handle donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

This part-time role requires 20–29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training and ongoing coaching will help you build retail and customer service skills while contributing to mission-driven programs in the community.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock

Job description

Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
