You will collaborate with the Store Manager and other leaders to improve store scorecard results, oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management, and manage daily P&L and expenses.

• 3–5 years management experience in a retail store.
• Ability to lift and move supplies as needed.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store scorecard results by focusing on hiring, retention, operations, and the shopping environment.
• Maintain profitability through staffing, weekend compliance, and controllable expenses.
• Lead the in-store hiring process, interview candidates, and coach peers.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
• Establish work strategies, manage performance, and address conduct issues.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure rapid learning and engagement.
• Lead training deployment of tech and store-wide processes.
• Manage hours, payroll, non-payroll expenses, cash office, and inventory.
• Aim to maximize sales and minimize expenses; drive store profitability.
