Job summary

Macy's in Montgomeryville, PA invites an experienced retail leader to join as Manager, Business Administration. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, payroll, and the cash office to ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

You will lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of direct reports, while partnering with store leaders to optimize the customer experience, merchandising, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and other Store Leaders to drive Store Scorecard results focusing on hiring, operations, and environment.
• Maintain profit through effective staffing, weekend compliance, and controllable expenses.
• Lead the in-store hiring process: communicate with applicants, interview, select top talent, and coach peers.
