Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive profitability through staffing, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead essential activities and colleagues to drive store business processes.
• Hire, interview, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
• Develop staffing strategies and onboarding; manage labor and payroll budgets.
• Oversee store P&L, controllable expenses, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with store leaders to improve patient experience, environment, and safety.
• Coordinate training deployment and adoption of store-wide initiatives.
