Responsibilities

• Assist store leader and team in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience through store conditions and service.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Identify opportunities in-store, develop timely solutions, and create action plans for implementation.
• Drive sales with teams to maximize profits, reduce shrink, and improve department contributions.
• Support store-level financial discussions to meet budgets and goals with staff.
• Analyze competitive landscape within the area and respond accordingly.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure division merchandising plans are executed.
• Provide feedback to Store Leader, Area Leader, and Director on merchandising programs.
