The role emphasizes active clienteling, visual merchandising, and collaboration with management to meet performance targets while maintaining high levels of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail store operations or visual merchandising experience.
• Professional with integrity, respect, and strong work ethic.
• Customer-centric with focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team with ownership of all areas of operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, window displays, interior marketing, recalls, and markdowns.
• Educate, train, and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper planning and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the business landscape and fashion trends to identify opportunities to maximize sales.
