Job summary

Dollar Tree in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store tasks, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and record keeping.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all store assets, including cash.
• Ensure policies and safety guidelines are followed by associates.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
