Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
Process corporate directives and related store activity communications.
Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
