Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help maintain merchandising standards and lead initiatives to improve sales and productivity.

You will report to the Store Manager, mentor trainees, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with store policies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organization and customer-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and customer service.
• Lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet targets.
• Drive sales and loyalty program sign-ups to boost retention.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, returns and supplies.
