Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience with store operations, merchandising, and inventory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail software, POS systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and sales performance with the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations, and drive career growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns to enhance the shopping experience.
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support scheduling, inventory accuracy, and cross-training across teams.
