Job summary

Qualifications

• Communicates well in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach store team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, and profitability metrics (sales, shrink, payroll, expenses).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and programs.
