• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll related tasks for Associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Coach and develop non-exempt team members to deliver excellent customer service.
