Job summary

You will coach and develop the Operations Leads and Zone Leads, ensure safety and compliance, and strive for exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high execution standards and a collaborative, results‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading teams in big-box or high-volume retail.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ and $5M+ annual revenue.
• Knowledge of freight processes, inventory control, stocking, and merchandising.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to achieve sales, profit, and performance goals with an engaging shopping experience.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach and develop through training, driving continuous improvement and internal career growth.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and financial/operational metrics.
• Plan and supervise operations, including opening/closing and front-end processes.
