Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and participate in personnel recruitment and training.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental duties and standards are met.
• Maintain inventory movement awareness and customer trend reporting.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per policy manuals.
