Act in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff accordingly.
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
Ensure inventory awareness, sales statistics, and expenses are monitored for profitability.
Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and maintain standards.
Maintain customer service quality per manuals and policies.
