Job summary

ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise daily store activities, drive performance, and develop the team. You will assist with scheduling, training, and implementing action plans to improve operating results while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will participate in interviewing, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and help maintain store standards, cleanliness, and signage across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in supervision or store management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Identify training opportunities to grow the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product freshness.
