Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Abilene, TX to lead sales, service and customer experience at Cricket Wireless. You will coach the team, drive performance, and ensure a welcoming store environment while executing company initiatives.

Required: 2+ years retail sales management, recruiting and building store teams, strong communication and leadership, and ability to work flexible hours. Benefits include unlimited earning potential, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO after 90

Qualifications

Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
Fully understand and assist in educating personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximize sales.
Partner with the District Manager and other appropriate parties to successfully launch new products, services, or processes.
