Job summary

Mobilelink East Arkansas LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales and operations for a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead the team, drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain store standards and inventory.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and process compliance to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff on promotions and products.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with the District Manager.
• Ensure employees are trained on promotions and products to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean store environment.
• Adhere to back-office processes, reports, and policies.
• Support outside sales events and community engagements as needed.
