Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Abilene, TX to lead in-store sales, service and customer experience. You will coach a team, drive performance, manage inventory and execute company programs across the location while delivering strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for in-store sales, service and customer experience.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with District Manager.
• Train employees on products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Staff to budgeted hours and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to policies and timely communications.
• Participate in outside sales events when needed.
