Mobilelink USA in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Cricket Wireless store team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach staff to meet performance targets.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, product education, and store compliance while partnering with district management to launch promotions and new products. Must have retail management experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to excel and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create a work environment where all employees can perform at their best.
• Explain the compensation plan and train staff to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell confidently.
