The role requires 2+ years of retail sales management, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required for bilingual role.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed; create an environment where employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience and educate staff on compensation plans.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions and assist HR and Loss Prevention as needed.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
