Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet goals.
• Manage inventory and rollout new products/services with stakeholders.
