Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, drive performance, and lead a team to new heights. You will coach, train, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while rolling out new products and services in collaboration with the District Manager.

Expect to manage inventory, maintain a welcoming environment, and handle administrative duties with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales skills with drive to exceed targets.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and operations to drive performance.
• Coach and develop team to achieve targets.
