Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer journey while coordinating with district leadership to roll out new products and services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and customer experience
• Lead by example, coach the team and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Manage inventory and rollout new products and services with District Manager
• Train and develop the team to sell with confidence and knowledge
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for customers
• Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate
