Base + Commission compensation with a salary range of $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus uncapped bonus potential. This full-time role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with strong leadership opportunities across a growing national team.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience with commission-based environment.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with PC, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, service and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create an environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products or processes.
• Train employees on new products and promotions.
