Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of your store, driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure inventory accuracy, curb-to-customer service, and a smooth product rollout across shifts.

In this role you will recruit and develop staff, motivate the team to exceed sales goals, and partner with the District Manager to introduce new products and services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong sales skills with a drive to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead, train, and develop store team to improve performance.
• Launch new products and services with district partners.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Oversee inventory and administrative duties, including reporting.
