Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position with leadership training, hands-on assignments, and structured learning

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred for effective customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver WOW! customer service and ensure store performance.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers to drive store execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies for success.
• Participate in management skills training and AutoZone culture.
