Circle K in North Augusta, SC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and maintain store standards.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage inventory and financials, and ensure outstanding customer service while representing Circle K in the local community. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to analyze reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM scope.
• Ability to manage reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills required.
• Duties may be reassigned by supervisor.
