Circle K Stores Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, assist with hiring, supervision and merchandising to achieve strong performance. You’ll maintain high service standards, ensure on-site attendance, and execute the food program while delivering fast, friendly customer care.

A positive, energetic leadership style is essential. You will also coach and motivate staff, manage cash-handling and bookkeeping, and contribute to a safe, welcoming store

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with supervisory/manager background.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills.
• Experience handling food.
• High School/College Degree(s).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance.
• Our food program has set the bar high and you’ll be executing that too.
• Care for customers and lead by example for the team.
• Display a sense of urgency, patience and leadership.
