• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Supervise inventory, pricing and displays to Company standards.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance feedback and training for employees.
• Communicate effectively with team and Market Manager.
• Organize records and ensure timely reports and compliance.
• Oversee merchandising, signage and safety posters at the site.
