Job summary

Circle K in Columbia, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff and ensure exceptional customer service at our location on Clemson Rd. The role oversees sales, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company standards while coordinating with store leadership.

You will recruit and train employees, schedule shifts, manage vendor relations and analyze financials to maximize profits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities
