Job summary

Circle K in Franklin, Indiana is seeking a full-time supervisor to oversee daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead a team, ensure standards, control inventory and drive positive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, and safety procedures, while collaborating with store leadership to achieve store goals and maintain community trust.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Maintain professional relations with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize site files, manage reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
