You will learn to manage daily store operations, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the Rent One brand standards.

Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, a valid driver's license, and the ability to foster a safe, engaging workplace.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in rent-to-own or home furnishings is desirable but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Learn how to manage all aspects of daily store operations including:
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Ensure employee engagement and motivation while fostering a positive workplace and culture.
• Maximize store performance and efficiency through proper hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee and direct management of store security, cash, financials, marketing initiatives, deliverables, recordkeeping, legal requirements, and reporting activities.
• Oversee and direct inventory control and ensure all merchandise is clean, attractive, and organized.
• Identify current and future customer requirements to stay responsive to market demands.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the Rent One brand within the community served.
