RNR Tire Express - Midwest is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving store performance.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with standards.

Responsabilités

• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Ensure employee engagement and motivation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maximize store performance and efficiency through hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring.
• Oversee and direct store management: security, cash, financials, marketing initiatives, deliverables, records, legal requirements, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure merchandise is clean, attractive, and organized.
• Identify current and future customer requirements to stay responsive to market demands.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the RNR brand within the community served.
• Any other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities that may arise during daily operations.
