Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Chillicothe, IL to lead a retail team and uphold store standards and customer service. You will supervise CSR/ASM duties, recruit and train staff, and ensure a well-run site with accurate inventories and cash handling.

You will analyze daily sales, manage scheduling, and work with suppliers to maintain stock and a safe store environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible shift availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to supervise CSR and ASM duties.
• Proficient computer skills for reports, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
