Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment usage.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions.
• Computer literacy for reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site per Company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize site files and ensure timely reporting.
• Analyze daily sales and help maximize profits.
• Ensure posters and signs are properly displayed.
