FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in El Paso, TX, to partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and staff development. You will recruit, train, and supervise teams while aiming to maximize sales and protect assets.

The role offers an hourly wage with a commission plan (2–8% based on gross profit) and a bonus tied to store performance. Flexibility to work across multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Store Management experience.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong supervisory and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to recruit and train staff and drive profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and develop top talent for the store.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Drive profitability and ensure adherence to standards.
