Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close store procedures, cash handling, and asset protection.
• Monitor loans, inventory, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
