FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee in El Paso, TX. You will work with store leadership to learn daily operations, customer service excellence, and team development while handling merchandise across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You will gain hands-on management experience, learn to coach and recruit, and support performance and profitability goals. Pay starts at $15.25–$19.00 per hour with commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• POS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a customer-focused environment
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making
