FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Texas to advance into a Store Manager role. The position involves day-to-day store operations, leading staff, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop talent while promoting a customer-centric environment. Pay starts hourly with commissions based on productivity and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Store Management experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Willingness to work a full-time retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, and reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of loans issued.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
