Job summary

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $26.48 plus a 2–8% commission based on personal gross profit and a performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits and employee perks are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 months Store Management experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work 45+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and asset protection procedures.
• Drive profitability by monitoring financial statements and meeting goals.
