Job summary

The role supports the Store Manager in planning, staffing, merchandising, and implementing initiatives, and step into supervisory duties when needed. Weekend/peak coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-player with initiative and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Plan action steps to accomplish selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and guide employees.
• Provide knowledge to customers and staff across departments.
• Ensure inventory awareness, profitability, and customer service quality.
