Job summary

R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to support store leadership in the Operations department. You will assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling while promoting promotions and maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence, guide staff across departments, and help manage assets, inventory movement, and customer trends to help the store meet its goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and daily store operations.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; ensure excellent customer service.
