Job summary

Walgreens is offering a rigorous Store Manager development program designed to accelerate leadership and operational readiness. Participants learn across front-end and pharmacy, shadow the Store Manager, and complete certifications to qualify for a Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations to nearby stores. Successful candidates will gain expertise in operations, customer service, and people management while pursuing required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends).
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager direction.
• Support learning journey by shadowing Store Manager and District Manager.
• Lead customer service initiatives and coach teams to improve service metrics.
• Analyze store performance data and develop actions to improve sales and reduce losses.
• Supervise merchandising tasks, SOPs, and compliance across departments.
