Job summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Hartsville, SC, is seeking a Manager in Training to support Store Manager with daily operations and administrative duties.

You will learn all product areas, drive sales, oversee merchandising, and uphold company standards. As a trainee, you will assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence, promote excellent customer service, and help train and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Is aware of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Promotes and sells services and merchandise and delivers extraordinary customer service.
