Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staffing.
• Assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to protect profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Promote services and merchandise and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain internal controls and report potential fraud risks.
